Training team
Bobbles trainers realise that education is the lifeblood that stimulates future success and personal growth for the team. Bobbles is an approved training provider and all the apprentices are trained to government recognised qualifications (NVQ), in partnership with Skills Solutions. The Training Academy will shortly delievr NVQ Level 3 to othe salons in the area.
Our highly qualified and dedicated trainers, Sarah Garside and Jill Thornton, have achieved all the necessary teaching and assessing qualifications to provide an excellent standard of training and they care passionately about their trainees and supporting them in achieving their goals. The training, both theory and practical, is delivered in salon, and is focused on producing great hairdressers in the shortest possible time.
The high quality of the training is geared towards the needs of the trainee, and the business which has a reputation of providing the highest quality of hairdressing and service to its clients. A large number of our trainees progress to hair designers within the Bobbles salons.
